The Mansion

The Mansion is a 1902 historic Williamsburg Colonial Brick.

There are three major rooms that can accommodate 95 people for a formal  dinner.

There are two patios with access to  gardens, eliminating constraints on the number of guests.

The Upstairs has 8 sleeping rooms,  available for your guests.

The Back Garden has a small in ground pool, raised flower beds, a children play house with dulls and stuffed animals.

This Garden can easily hold 150 people with a formal sit down dinner.

A patio surrounding an over 100 year old tree can be used for

 dancing into the night.

The Front Lawn is a secluded and spacious site  of the eight acre estate all surrounded by tall trees.

There is a contemporary tent holding over 250 people.

There is ample space for additional tents, if required by the guest list.

An adjoining Gazebo is dedicated for musicians and DJ's. Here music can be played until 11o'clock.

The Gathering is a modernized 1836 barn. It has two floors: known as the Great Hall and the PUB.

A garden and a patio is for strolling and relaxing, all hidden by trees.

 In combination the Gathering can  accommodate up to 125 people.

There are no noise ordinances, so that it is ideal for lively parties.
